Hi All,
I've been a long-time lurker on kitchen knife forums (hmm..probably over 5 years now), and feel like it's about time for me to come out of the shadow! :thumbsup:
I'm predominantly a home cook, but also a co-owner of a restaurant in Asia. I've been amassing my collection of toys for a good part of 10 years now, and to be honest, one of the reasons I enjoy cooking so much is because I enjoy using my knives! :lol2:
I am looking forward to building and refining my collection with the help of all the knowledge on this forum, and of course, to contribute where I can.
