Have never had one so really curious to try them out. Condition is not important, in fact a used one is probably preferable. I have various gyutos and a couple of yanagis, just pm me and maybe we can work something out.
 
May also be open to simply buying them. Prefer 240 or 210.
 
Still looking to buy a 210 or 240 shig gyuto.
