Hi everyone,
I usually don't care much about celebrity chefs and the knives they choose to use (and are paid to endorse), but something curious just caught my eye: Zwilling/Henckels is the official knife sponsor of the TV show Hell's Kitchen U.S., so that's what all the contestants use and what's shown several times during an episode. However, when Gordon Ramsay slices protein the contestants put out, he uses the below Japanese style knife, which I cannot ID. From the sponsor's viewpoint, I'd find it odd that Ramsay would not use a Zwilling as well, so I'm curious to see which maker it is from. Sorry about the bad pictures, I can't seem to get a still with no motion in it. The handle seems pretty unique though, so maybe someone here happens to recognize it.
Thanks for your help, everyone!
