I'd be down for a set of that.

Does this include people on the practice knife list? If it does and I made it to that list, I'm in.

Wowa-wee-wow! Very nice!
I'm not sure how I managed to miss the signup for the first batch, but I really need to get on the next one.
A bit on the thick side, but at least edge deformation should be minimal.

hahaha nice one.
You know, I think the finishing steps are the bulk of work in any job. I remember putting models together when I was young, and they were giving instructions on how to make a tree for a diorama from scratch. It was like "Twist wire" and showed twisted wire. "Wrap in paper and glue" and showed that. "attach leaves" and it started to look vaguely arboreal. Then it said "finishing touches" and BAM it had 10 coats of paint, artificial bark, layered leaves, grass about the roots, etc. The final step is always the most over-the-top, especially with such high-class work as this.
Looking Good.......Glad to see you are using San Mai on the dammy.
Very cool and well done. I never would have thought the finish would be so difficult for a perfectionist. (sarcastic lol) Let me know when the next batch opens up, you know I am a sucker for a suji.
