    No just voice of somebody who constantly behind in his work and is tired of that.

    On the upside, what comes later seems to be a notch better than the earlier stuff. Nothing stands still.

    I will start on your knife soon. There are a number of steels to chose from besides 52100. I might ask you to fill a custom order form for details. It's in my signature.

    Finished this one today. 52100 gyuto in 225mm lengh. Ground it thinner, so food release is excellent.
