    Hey Marko, the finish I'm seeing on these is incredible.

    What grit do you end at on the grinder, and what's your progression like by hand? How long does it take for something like a 240mm?

    I stop at 120grit on the grinder then do the final geometry on the stones and diamond plates, and then do hand finishing to 600/800 grit, depending on the hardness (63.5RC = 600 grit finish). I sharpen after I attach the handle.
