Thread: Tsourkan Knives - Gallery

Well, I got my fix with woodworking, so now I am back to knives. I will reserve only one day per week (OK, two) for woodworking. Honestly, it's just as addictive as making knives.

Plus, I have a reason not to rush with woodworking - the new logos are being made, so no more Marko Designs after this. The logo will be identical to the one I put on knives.

Stunning work. All of it! Truly artisenal. I'm a newbie to this board and would like to know how to order or purchase one of your masterpieces.

Money doesn't motivate me that much (if it did, I would have sold every knife that I made thus far) , but now that I am locking myself into a financial commitment (responsibility does motivate me), expect a greater output.

Can anyone who has a 240mm Marko gyuto please post a pic that shows how long the flat area of the blade is? I mean a pic where the edge touches the board at the heel...

Nice D handle, I've never seen a D handle like this!

W2 steel with hamon (not very visible in the pictures, but visible up close - wavy pattern comparable to Japanese).

    Handle is VERY comfortable.

Western handle coming in a near future. Oval handle - immediately.
