    250mm gyuto in A2 and 180mm nakiri in AEB-L. Ziricote wood on both handles. Nakiri features modified octagonal handle.

    Possibly the cleanest, most minimalist beauty I have ever seen in a Western Handle Gyuto. Astounding on that 250mm A2! That exemplifies the form out of function mentality. Whoever gets that one is a lucky lucky man (person).
