I found this forum because I have decided to upgrade my very poor quality kitchen knife collection. I have been looking around the forum for a few days and have realized I have a lot to learn. I have been a knife guy since I received my first schrade almost 40 years ago. But my interest never carried over to the kitchen. My recent research has shown that this has been a huge mistake. So I will be asking for recommendations in the next couple of days for our first quality blade in the kitchen. Thanks in advance. PS: I dont have any videos!!
