This wasn't from a recipe, just what I could find in the kitchen.
Nothing fancy but everyone ate more than they would normally.
I started with boneless chicken thighs. Browned them and then cut into strips. Then added a couple sliced Walla Walla Sweets and a couple handfulls of raw cashews and did the stir fry thing.
After the chicken was finished cooking I poured a jar of Spicy Thai Peanut sauce and let it simmer a short while.
Served it with plain old white rice.
OOOOOH Baby! It was good. No leftovers of this stuff.
