I have definitely demoed a knife on my instagram for personal gain, but I made it very clear that I would never lie about the quality or say they are my favorite or that they even come close to the performance of the rest of my kit. Pretty pathetic sell out.

It sucks because this guy is arguably the best sushi person in Canada. His sous-chefs rock some serious hardware. So you all think unanimously that this is a sponsored post? Or he just doesn't know a good knife when he sees it?

its obviously POS knives. why even bother?? I would rather get "sponsored/bribed" by global to be honest, or much preferably mac.
