Looking to see some badass knives and hopefully some unicorns you guys use in your rotation at work!
My current line up
Yoshikane western sld damascus
Halcyon forge 1.2519 steel workhorse
Konosuke MB sanjo White #2
Konosuke fujiyama KU Blue #1

those four are pretty badass. I have a Halcyonforge and two more coming but I’ve been eyeing those Yoshikane western for a while.
 
You should get one while you have the chance! They are old stock from ten years ago I think. By far my favorite stainless knife.
 
That Yoshikane is really awesome!

Just finished a busy week. Ramping up into autumn wedding season. Here's my line up. Nothing super-rare/badass/expensive. Just good working knives.

Next week I will swap out the 270mm for a Yusuke.

Currently I am switching between a 240 Ikeda B#1 and a shortish (170mm) Carter Muteki wa-Bocho W#1 in stainless clad...

Toyama 240 on its way, ready to compare with 240 Shig...
