Hi new to forum hello to all.

Im after advise please im looking for a new set of knives and after experiences and makes/models to look at.

Im no professional but like quality stuff. I want a nice set of kitchen knives that made of good quality steel. Maybe just 1 good knife s30v steel ?

But no idea where to start looking any help appreciated
 
Welcome! Not familiar with any nice kitchen knives made of s30v (doesn't mean there aren't any) and most folks here don't so much do sets but if you'll start a new thread by filling out the 'which knife should I buy questionnaire' you'll get suggestions tailored to your individual tastes/requirements.
