I planted a lot of summer squash. More than I can eat. Figured I’d play with some blossoms. Maybe a tempura thing. Stuffed.

When do I clip the flowers. ?
 
You can pick them anytime, but i would only pick the male flowers and leave the females alone since those will turn into zucchinis. I perfer mine on the smaller younger size, but he larger older ones are more flavorful.
