If you stick to a 3 piece laminate saya construction, all you will need is a coping saw, hacksaw, files, sandpaper, wood glue, and a little elbow grease to make a cool saya from these. Technically you could probably skip the hacksaw and files if you use a little more elbow grease when utilizing the coping saw and sandpaper.

Beautiful set of wood. Have to admit I've been tempted...
