240mm Gyuto, 200mm petty, 80mm sheepsfoot parer all S35VN, stabilized spalted inkline, Titanium spacers, carbon fiber bolsters, center mosaic pin.
The fourth knife is a 100mm parer, CPM S35VN, stainless bolsters, ringed gidgee, center mosaic pin.

Wow, great stuff! I love the combo of the techy steel, cf, and ti with the wood. The bolster shape really fits with the sleak/modern overall aaesthetic. IMO this some of your best work to date.

I just sold my 3 SS pettys... what do you think of the s35vn? How would you compare it to s30v? I always thought the s30v had amazing attainable sharpness, but was bit lacking in fine edge retention and toughness.

Amazing work. I've been missing your knife porn as of late. Have you done the shape of ferrule/bolster before?

I have dabbled with similar. This one really lends itself to pinch gripping, the bolster faces are slanted back, and tapered, so fairly thin side to side.
