I was looking on his website just browsing and i came across this, reminds me of a miroshi deba type knife.

How do you thing it would perform for filleting fish? looks really nice. Not that i can afford it but just curious if anyone has used this style knife.
 
That's what I thought he was talking about as well.
 
If it is the one Eamon linked to, is that not a bargain? Similar to the one in the BST section isn't it?
 
I have never seen a Carter executed and priced as well as that one... just amazing and thanks for the link!

This was not forged by Carter. I believe if you order a knife from him it will be forged by him, this however was not, which may very well explain the price. I could be wrong however!

It was sharpened and polished by Carter tho.
 
Pretty sure it's a collaboration of Murray and his mentor in Japan. I love this knife, and wish it was left-handed and that I had an endless supply of "fun money".
