Limited stock

3 years old stock made of Hoshino-san friend of Iwasaki
These old knifes was made for Mizuochi-san who makes now famous Iwasaki Razors.

They are made from Blue steel 2
Ho wood handle with buffalo horn. ( same as Shigefusa uses )

Very cool Nakiri with huge spine tapper that make it in perfect balans and very steady knife.
Very thin behind the edge and bevels is almost flat !

Looks very nice, esp the taper! I'm not sure I saw a lamination line. It is iron-clad, right?

I have only 16 of these and thats it :(
Stell is blue 2.
It is only model that is left that was made for Iwasaki brand.

Very nice, when I saw your earlier post with all the green boxes, I thought you had a new batch of green stones.

Is this knife solid blue #2, or clad?
