I am all in for supporting all Sanjyo Blacksmith and i am very proud to cary these knives !!
Zensho line is made by Sanjyo blacksmith Mr. Shuji Toyama 1939 for JNS
Very skild but not so famous blacksmith in the West.
Zensho line is workhorse knives, very hefty and strong knifes, but stil thin behind the edge.
Finished with parallel scratches so it is very easy to polish them up to Shigefusa finish with fingerstones :)
