Got this one all finished today. It been nearly done for a while, but I needed to re-finish so I could etch my logo then re-etch and fit the handle. This one is off to its new owner in France on monday.
Blade length is 180mm
Blade height - 36mm
Taper is -2.4mm- 1.8mm -0.8mm
Handle length - 128mm, Burlsource redwood with black wood ferrule.
Slightly convex faces,
The damascus is in 75ni8 and en42j
Sharp now too:D

Wow that's handsome. Redwood looks really nice.
 
Thanks very much, actually in this case I don't mind being called pedantic, anal might being going too far:lol2:
A customer has bought this for a relative, so i'm a little nervous as I don't know much about the new owner. I'm including some instructions, a welsh honing slate, which will do him for touch ups and some chromium oxide/balsa. Hope it doesn't end up in the dishwasher after 24 hours:nono: I'll have to send him an e-mail too I think with some video links and a link to the forum.:thumbsup:
 
I had a hard time saying how much I like this knife because I couldn't stop looking at it. That's such a pretty petty. I think I need to get on your list.
