    225mm western handle gyuton in AEB-L S grind, and 255mm heavy gyuto in AEB-L with asymetric grind. Both have cocobolo handles with ebony/blackwood accents and brass tip.

    Didn't feel well most of the last week, didn't get much done, but these are going out this week (there is a DT in the mix). Couple of knives need maker's mark and one damascus blade needs etching (one with the saya). Also, two sujis (practice knives) are going out as well.
