My first post here but I have been reading for some time. In fact, my wife is amazed at how much I do read here and, ahem, other knife forums. There is a wealth of knowledge here is that is amazing and oddly exhilarating.
I'm not a pro in any sense but cook and bake a lot, have a lot of knives (at least by my standards) and enjoy the challenge of sharpening knives including friends and relatives.
