    New But Not

Hey all! Dropped in to say hi! I was barely active on ITK over on KF and have been pretty active on BF. Admittedly, while I love all things sharp, my kitchen knife lust has been sated. Not like the folder problem I have I'm very happy with what I have, the search has been finished for some time! Would love a nice big french style chefs knife though or a slicer.
Apparently there's work to be done too. I don't have any photos on my site of my Butchakiri or my Stephan handled Takeda 210 gyuto! The custom handle I won from an ITK contest, many thanks to those involved and I'm still loving the knife!

Yep a Harner Nakiri and a Stefan handle Takeda gyuto. You are indeed set.

    Welcome!

Two beauties. Very clean Mr. Clean. Very clean indeed.

For your French chef's knife, how about a 12" Sabatier Nogent?
