So, I am not the only one?!

Hello from Louisville, KY! Been a fan of Chukabochos for 30 years, and was first exposed to high-end Japanese cutlery when i worked as a Chef in Bermuda where we had a Chinese restaraunt. Looking forward to discussion with other kinfe enthusists, about to purchase a custom cleaver and a Japanese set.

    Custom Chukabocho?

Thanks for the replies! Since I got such rapid response; anyone have a suggestion about a custom cleaver maker? Sent an e-mail to Watanabe about an engraved chukabocho, but have no aversion to an American-made knife. btw, forgive the typos-no spellcheck!

What's your budget? And does it have to be a full custom, or would a high-end production model do?

    Oh, and welcome.
