This is my last beater Moritaka. I started thinning this knife and kinda lost interest. When I got this knife it was pretty much flat on the left hand side, so that is where I did most of my thinning. After one of my thinning sessions, I tried cutting some things to see how it would steer, something started rolling off the counter, and I instinctivly tried to catch it and crammed the tip into the counter and broke it.:O (see pic).
This will be a good project knife for someone

HA! Started thinking about how much fun this would be for someone and decided that it sounded fun enough to do it yourself?
