I pulled the trigger on the 5". I don't need one but the price was too good to be true and I am excited about trying a PM steel. Handle looks wonky to me though.

Damn, how is the paring knife $120 when the utility is $50?

The 5" is SUPER handle heavy and the blade itself is pretty curvy. That being said, it's a nice knife, gets darn sharp and holds a nice edge
 
I've been watching these for the past couple months and have really been hoping the paring knife would drop due to its profile. Outside of a gyuto and a good paring, i don't have much use for a 5-6" utility...
 
I would give the thumbs up to the 240mm, but a serious +1 on anything less being handle heavy......
