    Eamon, thanks for the visit. I am relatively new to kitchen cutlery and bill has worked with me a bit but being so far apart there are things that just don't get covered. The input you gave me will be used on the next one. Which will be started tomorrow.

    The custom wait is pretty long though. Maybe he has a different waiting list for bottle openers...

    I am seriously considering inquiring.

    Hopefully the price he charges per inch is different than his knives too.

    I doubt it. He's a knifemaker. It would be a specialty item.
