    Thanks also for the tips on the mineral oil from the pharmacy. She's good and oiled and got a small workout the other night. It's just a joy to use and cut on!

    Very nice set-up. How to you like the different woods for the board? See any difference on how your knifes interact?

    I'll be honest, most of the knife to board contact is on the maple so I don't notice much of a difference.

    On a separate note, I love how the board sounds!
