Recently started cooking and grilling more so I decided to join the site in order to learn and contribute.
So far I have a Victorinox Chef's Knife and paring knife that I have found do most of what I need. Having a decent entry level knife has made cooking more fun. I am building up my supplies bit by bit, trying to invest in quality.
