Wholey guacamole!!! Those are nothing short of spectacular!

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The handle on the first gyuto is stunning. What kind of wood?

The third pic is of the first gyuto, that handle is blackline spalted maple with an amboynia bolster.
The first pic is of my first sujihiki and the handle on that one is of red palm with an amboynia bolster.
The last one is maple burl with amboynia bloster.
More to come.

Ryan,
Yes, I do, I am one of the few people who can make it.
I have made quite alot of it in the past, but not lately.
I hve several meteorites here that I traded for a couple of years ago.

The first one(in the second batch) is amboynia burl and the bolster is maple burl. (this is a new damascus pattern as well-let me know how you like it)
The second one is amboynia burl and maple burl bolster.
The third one is spalted wormy oak burl(this stuff is so cool!!!) and maple burl bolster

I will be taking these all to the show in wisconsin this weekend.

Those are fantastic Del. How tall is the blade at the heel on that 240 suji?

I can't wait to see them in person, they all look fantastic.

Some will be available at the ECG for feeling up, right Del?

Warren,
I hope that none of these will be, however as soon as I get home I will be working on more for the ECG. I have 2 more in progress and 2 bars of damascus and I still have more of all the handle materials I have used so far, and I may pick up some more this weekend.

240mm Suji, you know that's my kinda knife right!!!!! I want!

I don't even have the first knife but am ready to send money for my 285mm suji!

Damn. I've admired your knives since your first post over at the old forum. They look super functional and awesome. That sujihiki looks just like my favorite size/shape. Almost more of a short gyuto. Awesome stuff!!
