    How much time is spent on making the handle? I mean really do you make a casting of the clients hand to make the knife?

    he said in the video that it really is just an off the shelf handlebar grip. No casting involved. I think that rainbow streamers would be a big hit with some of his clientele.

    Dave, did you take that photo of some new handle options for the up-coming Martell nakiri?

    Yeah, the handlebar grip is silly, but that is far from being the ugliest expensive kitchen knife.
