His knife is listed on Blade Forum's Knife Exchange.

Seems there are some good craftsmen there who know about metal but not necessarily about kitchen knives. Some are pretty nice though.

I know this one has already been mentioned, but it's popping up on clearance sales all over the place lately and deserves another look. Hard to understand why they haven't all been snapped up...who doesn't want a knife that has "a front edge "Santoku" for all chopping and slicing, while also incorporating a longer chop length similar to a mezzaluna". Not to mention that orange handle.

Yes, boys and girls, once again for your viewing pleasure--it's the Rachael Ray Furi Gusto!

Great, thanks Lucretia. I already have enough day-mares of Rachel Ray. Now I'm gonna experience nightmares due to this being one of the last things I see before I pass out...

D2 blade. It's called "The Line Forms Behind Me". $850. Yes. It's actually a knife intended for the kitchen, and yes, that is its name.

Ugh I don't mind the materials on the handle and bolster, but wow that blade. How are you gonna get through prep with that? Stab all your food with it?

right? i'm sure it's not, but looks to be about 2 inches thick. and that much copper on a kitchen knife seems like a bad idea.

I'd rather use that POS rhino than touch that grime trap...
