    I agree. I kinda liked the first one. They looked nice but impractical

    The Swarovski one is ummmm interesting. I do think you would probably get beat up for bringing that into any pro kitchen.

    Why all the dislike for guy? Sure he's a bit annoying trying to be cool but I do enjoy watching DDD on occasion. Only thing I've seen of his though

    I got a porsche paring knife as a gift. It feels good in the hand, have not gotten the trick of sharpening it yet as it has not gotten a ton of use. Paring knives not getting a ton of use in general, but have a couple others I reach for first....new Ealy that I am liking and a very versatile Tojiro dp. I need to give it more use, but more another round at the stones.
