    I never understood those Nesmuk knives. Sure they look different (and most of them I don't necessarily find ugly), but just incredibly unpractical. All too short, not enough blade height, etc. What's the point in having a superexpensive knife when you can't cut properly with it.

    I think the point is having a superexpensive knife

    But perhaps you can use it as an atoma to flatten your stones before sharpening.

    Looks like a Dolly Parton knife but I don't want to disparage Dolly.

    FYI............ A recent Bob Kramer knife sold at auction for $35,000.00. Just sayin!!!
    Good food is essential, where knives are an integral part of the process.
