All diamond plates are in the building and all orders will ship out tomorrow morning. Please let me know what you think about these plates once you get a chance to try them out.

Thanks again to everyone for this.

And thank you for the impetus to finally pull the trigger on one of these!

Got mine in today. Haven't gotten to use it since my daughters are asleep, it's quiet time. This thing is NOT quiet.

The knife on the front of the package sure looks top-notch, what with the cladding covering 1/3 of the edge.

I'm really impressed by how much more uniform this plate feels compared to the XXC DMT. I'm looking forward to using it to rework the bevel on a chinese cleaver that I have.

Got mine today. It's great. I lapped the sides of my new stone. Super.

Mine arrived on Friday...works like a charm! Vast improvement over the Norton flattening stone I've been using. Thanks, Dave!

OK I used this to repair and rebuild the edges on a set of "Food Network" brand knives my buddy owns. I've been looking for this stone for a LOOOOONG time. I figured it would leave a messy scratch pattern, being 140 grit and all, or it would be hard to control the knife on, or it would throw grit.

This thing is EXACTLY what I've been looking for--dead flat, fast as hell, no mud(therefore no stray 140x scuffs), no soaking, and wide. I did a tip repair, ground down a bolster, flattened all my stones(yes, we all know it flattens damn quick and everyone loves a clean flat stone face)...I'll have no problem shucking out the dollars to replace the pad on this thing when I inevitably wear it out. I'll be surprised if it makes it through the summer, I've got plans to give this thing hell.

Thanks Dave! I knew I should've listened to you a long time ago.
