    Good cook book for japanese/fusion seafood

    Hi, ive just gone through nikkei cuisine by Luiz Hara and i am particularly interested by the ceviche / raw seafood type recipes. I am looking for a second book that focuses on this type of food. I have been recommended that i looking into Nobuyuki Matsuhisa cookbooks, specifically Nobu Now. Does anyone own any of his books or have any other recommendations?
