    I see it steeley. It doesn't say Simone. It says Sabatier St. Honore Rue 84 a.Paris France. which is the original Paris address of Sabatier. Thanks steeley, I will tell TK.

It dates to the earliest years of the company's history, when they were still making knives in Paris, not Thiers, at 84 rue St. Honore, which is today an area of that city popular for its tourist hotels and many cafes. It dates to the late 1800's
