This is one way to make left over roast disappear!!!
Put this together the other day. and I snapped a few photos. It tasted better then it looked. and it looked darn good! :hungry3: I cheated on the crust and used some Bisquick and got creative. really didnt follow any of the recipes on the box. just threw stuff in untill it looked right! lol And to my surprise it has nice and flaky and had a very good constancy! The filling was left over beef, top round roast. with the potatoes.carrots, onions it was cooked with. And I added broccoli, sweet peas, and roasted corn. I took the gravy from making the roast and built off of it making enough gravy for the pie! Big fun!!
We also broke in the NEW cutting board with all the prep for the dinner. And again a few days later, Cutting some Baby Back ribs! There were no left overs from the ribs! lol except the couple spots that are still on the board where it soaked in some juice. BBQ sauce etc.
