DK chef Well-Known Member Joined Mar 1, 2011 Messages 230 Reaction score 4 Apr 14, 2012 #6 i recived them yesterday have to say they look so much better in IRL, the Hankotsu will never be a natural beauty but it works, my first J-style boning knife, and they works realy well (use it in a pro kitchen). the handles are burned chestnut.
