Hello all,

I am Matthias from Germany.

I am a hobbyist cook (asian and european cooking) and love japanese kitchen knives. Over the years the "collection" has growing. Mainly Watanabe, Aoki Hamono/Sakai Takayuki, Suisin, Aritsugu, etc.

Currently waiting for my new lefty Aoki Sakimaru Takohiki 30cm, mirror polished - made by Keijiro Doi ... I am very excited ...:biggrin2:
