Guys -

Well I just don't use this knife very much any more because of another purchase...(ahem...Heiji...ahem)

And I don't like knives that just sit around even if it would keep me from sharpening less. So on the sales block it goes.

Bottom rows of pics are from the day I got it.
The top ones are me trying to sharpen it with UglyJoe's method...don't worry I got a lot better at it.

Read here for a review the day I got it:

You will note that the stock buffalo horn ferrule had some crud on top of it when it came...But you will notice that functionally the choil and spine are nicely rounded.

The only thing which isn't just as I received it is a continuing sharpening issue I have with heels where I end up rounding it slightly so that it gets a touch of belly. This is something which I'm sure most of you guys could easily correct. I will post pictures of that tonight. It isn't bad but it isn't perfect.

Selling because I want funds for a heiji sujihiki

$295 - Shipped and paypal only.

Thanks

G

Forgot to mention that it comes with a saya and the original box...
Saya doesn't fit perfectly...never did.

Thanks guys

I hope Pesky likes this knife.
