    And every since Dave posted that beautiful Sabatier a few members have been looking around for some
    here is a page of already sold knifes but will give you a idea of whats out there but some of the prices are really not as bad as e-bay.
    i know that i will hit the few of the antique places we have here to look for my diamond in the rough.

    Lee Valley (I think) years ago was selling NOS Sabs that had the logo of the sharpener lying down with a dog on his back to keep him warm. Alas, I didn't buy one.

    Do you think they're just shop dogs to keep the workers company and make it a more fun place to be?
