Hi Guys,

I'm a Swede in the 40's who got hooked on knives a few years ago and have now found my way here. Kitchen knifes combines my largest interest cooking with my old education in process metallurgy (which I haven't practised in 15 years) in a great way. Amazed over I actually got some use of the education :wink:

I'll contribute in any way I can even if steel to me is a red liquid more than anything else...
