    270 gyuto with bocote wa handle

    Just showing this so that a fellow forum member can look at it.

    It is a san mai blade with a carbon core. These take a nice patina at the edge.

    Awesome. I'll TAKE it!!! I usually don't like bocote but that one is SWEET!

    The wood grain in the second picture looks like it would go nicely with your herringbone pattern Devin.
