So, my first ever for sale thread. I stumbled upon a few knives recently which I have no use for really, so I polished and sharpened them up and here they are. Sorry the pics aren't the greatest, it's pretty difficult capturing them in the right light as you may know.
First up is a Shun Ken Onion 10" Gyuto VG-10 stainless steel in almost brand new condition. I polished and sharpened it for the first time myself recently and put a real screaming edge on it. There are only a couple of what I call "traveling marks" on the blade and bolster from either being too close to one another in the knife kit or from being placed on a table or something.
Goes for $320 new asking $280
Next we have a Shun Kaji 3 1/2" pairing knife with SG2 powdered metal steel in brand freaking new condition. This was a Williams Sonoma Exclusive I believe. There isn't a single mark on this blade, it really is gorgeous! In fact I'd really like to keep it for myself but I want to use the funds to purchase a deba.
Goes for $180 new asking $150
Now we have a Shun Classic 150mm tomato knife. This one is basically a serrated utility knife with a right handed D shape handle. Great for tomatoes obviously but is also great for cutting up cooked sausages, pepperoni and other hard meats and cheeses.
Goes for $120 asking $100
