I think the handle is Ironwood and Birch burl if memory serves me. Perfectly mounted by Dave Martel. I aspire to make and mount handles that are half this good someday. This is stainless clad blue steel from his Pro Line

Jokester, from all I have seen, your handles are easily as good as mine... And I agree, another great deal. I always liked that petty, too bad I have 4 other ones already... Lot's of great deals here these days.
