for sale 240 gyuto sanmai western handle

super wear core, iron wood, mokume guard. This has a full distal taper and is well balanced. It's around 63 hrc. Full rounded spine and choil. It is very comfortable. The wood has good figure. The guard is made from ni-silver and copper mokume.

The balance is right at the pinch point. $830.00 shipped conus.

    Hope you like it.

Awesome, Devin. It's a good thing I'm out of knife money for the next five years or I would be tempted to bite.

Beautiful, I want my next knife to be a devin but as I'm pretty set on gyutos at the moment I waiting for you to post a San Mai suji.... Love the clean look you give your knives. Simple, understated elegance and I love that tang work gives your knives something that is unique and quickly identifies them as one of yours, keep 'em coming!
