    I don't know how I found this gem, but I'm glad I did. Some of the best videos I've seen. That hammer control is absolutely ridiculous.





    (Also, I've always wondered how they could do a water quench without warp, but now I know that they DO warp, and straightening is possible due to the higane/jigane construction)

    Wow, one the best forging videos I've ever seen. Amazing how close those blade are to finished shape and geometry before they ever touch a grinder.... and those scissors... omg... i've never lusted after scissors until now. I might need to take up fiber-arts just so I have a good rationalization for buying what must be a $1000 pair of shears.
