it says professional grade, professional quality stainless, swiss made I can't read the brand. It looks like an inexpensive Wustof knockoff, they look a little clunky

You should seriously consider the possibility of a fake.

Yes, they actually have the appearance of some very cheap Chinese imitations. The wording isn't right, it is like they are trying to convince you that these are every bit as good as any other professional knife, Don't do it. I have serious doubts about them.
