    I have absolutely no use for a nakiri, but I would have bought this one without even thinking about it. What a beauty.

    I can't wait till our craftsmen-members here start making single-bevels. Pierre, your nakiri is beautiful. The profile is flatter than most that I've seen -- I would love to play with this.
